Mackenzie Cunningham
RN, BSN · Founder & Lead Aesthetic Nurse
An Austin native with a passion for both people and aesthetics, Mackenzie brings a rare blend of clinical depth and genuine warmth to every client interaction.
Mackenzie earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Nursing from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. — a combination that shapes not only her technical skill, but her deeply patient-centered approach to care.
Her nursing career began in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Room, where she developed the confidence, precision, and composure that define her practice to this day.
With over a decade of experience spanning dermatology, facial plastic surgery, and aesthetic injections — including years working alongside some of the most respected facial plastic surgeons in the field — Mackenzie possesses something few injectors can claim: an exceptionally nuanced understanding of facial anatomy, musculature, and the intricate structures beneath the surface.
That surgical immersion sharpened her eye and her technique in ways that translate directly into results that are safer, more precise, and more naturally beautiful.
Mackenzie believes that education is at the heart of exceptional care. She is committed to ensuring every client feels informed, empowered, and confident in the decisions they make about their skin and overall wellbeing. For her, the greatest reward is witnessing the confidence that blooms when someone finally feels at home in their own skin.
When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find Mackenzie walking the trail with her dogs or enjoying a day out on Lake Austin.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Dragos is a Houston native and a board-certified physician specializing in aesthetic medicine. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2011. In 2017 while practicing full-time Emergency Medicine, she discovered a passion for aesthetics, seamlessly integrating her procedural expertise from the ER into helping others feel more beautiful and confident as a talented aesthetic physician.
